Rocket Rumble Guides Hub
Rocket-only FFA, Season 2 1v1s, and lobby setup without invented map or glove names.
This hub is the Rocket Rumble guide index for Headshot Games’ free Roblox FPS. Every fighter carries a rocket launcher and nothing else. Matches run in small lobbies of up to six players, so splash timing and movement matter more than a giant gun kit. The experience launched on 31 March 2026. Season 2 in June 2026 added extra maps, a 1v1 duel queue, and a battle pass. Use these pages instead of copying random lobby chat.
You spawn in first person with yellow blocky hands and a green-warhead RPG. Arenas are colourful tiled block spaces, not photoreal cities. Progression is challenge-based. Coins buy crates, skins, and gloves. A Double Coins Boost exists. Rank badges appear in the lobby; Bronze IV has been seen, which is enough to treat ranks as real without inventing a full ladder.
Start in the lobby, not in a fight
Walk the lobby floor before you queue. You will see a spin wheel, leaderboards, and a hexagonal Codes pad between them. Redeem the live strings on the codes list — Bonus_Code, discord, and Release are the names players search — and follow how to redeem so a case-sensitive paste does not fail. Join the Headshot Games group if you want the advertised group rewards. The experience bio points at Discord; keep the invite notes on the wiki Discord page.
Then open Getting Started. That walkthrough is the first-session path: lobby pads, six-player Free For All, challenge unlocks, and why you should not dump Coins into crates before you understand splash.
Combat, movement, and modes
How to Play covers Free For All deathmatch plus Season 2 duels. Free For All continues until the lobby kill target or match end. Players treat that as a score chase. It is not an official fifty-kill win rule. Controls stays on typical Roblox FPS inputs: WASD, mouse look and fire, jump, and mobile tap-to-shoot. We do not invent extra keybinds. For feel, use the sensitivity tool.
Players treat rocket jumping as a community technique: shoot at your feet or a nearby surface to launch across tiles. That is not framed here as a named official ability. The rocket jump page covers the self-damage trade and when to skip the boost.
Season 2 1v1 duels punish panic splash. Maps stays honest: we do not invent map names. We describe colourful block arenas, tiled floors, and how a six-player rumble feels denser than a duel on the same geometry.
Coins, cosmetics, and updates
Challenges is the unlock track the official copy actually names. Mobile covers tap-to-shoot, the HP bar, and the lobby HUD on a phone. Farm Coins is the grind loop: play, finish challenges, time a Double Coins Boost, then spend. Compare cosmetics on the glove tier list, the crate tier list, and loadouts before you roll. Season notes live on Season 2. If you are hunting client-side automation, the scripts hub is this wiki’s warning page — third-party injectors can break Roblox rules and are not a farm method we recommend.
Reading order after your first death
- Codes pad, then Getting Started.
- Controls and How to Play in the same sitting.
- Rocket jump only after you can land splash without deleting yourself every fight.
- Maps notes before you treat every arena as the same box.
- Duels when you want a cleaner 1v1 instead of a six-player scramble.
- Coin farming once challenges and boosts make sense.
Bookmark this hub. The pages match lobby facts: six-player servers, rocket-only kits, challenge unlocks, and Season 2’s duel plus battle-pass track. If a patch changes a queue label, read Season 2 before you assume the old Free For All loop is the whole game.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Rocket Rumble players.
Where should a new Rocket Rumble player start?
Redeem codes on the lobby pad, then follow Getting Started and controls before buying crates.
Is Rocket Rumble only rockets?
Yes. Headshot Games ships a rocket-launcher-only FPS. There is no secondary gun kit to unlock.
How many players are in a server?
Lobbies cap at six players. Free For All uses that full scramble; Season 2 also offers 1v1 duels.
